In a pivotal moment for Indo-American collaboration in skill development and sustainability, Hon’ble Shri Tarun Chugh, National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), visited the Telecom Institute of New York (T.I.N.Y) and Delta Enterprise USA, both founded by Nishant Garg, on August 23, 2025. Witnessing T.I.N.Y’s groundbreaking vocational training and circular economy model in action, he voiced strong support for bringing this initiative to India.

Shri Chugh assured Nishant Garg that he would facilitate introductions for T.I.N.Y’s leadership team to key stakeholders, government bodies, and industry associations in India. He emphasized the strategic need for structured, globally recognized training and certification programs, not only to empower Indian youth but also to enhance India’s standing on the global stage in the telecom and electronics sectors.

“The human fingers are the best machines, and the mind behind them is the wisest computer. To train them is not just education, it is a recipe for national success,” Shri Chugh told Nishant Garg, referring to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision for Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Thanking Shri Chugh, who was visiting the New York area to grace several India Day celebrations, Nishant Garg said, ”With your guidance and blessings, we now move forward with renewed confidence. This isn’t just a plan, IT’S A MOVEMENT!”

Fresh from his appointment at the national level to the CTIA’s prestigious Reverse Logistics and Service Quality (RLSQ) Leadership Council, Garg also shared the blueprint of his plan for India.

Nishant Garg’s Plan for India to Transform Skill Ecosystems

T.I.N.Y, along with Delta Enterprise USA, is giving final touches to a comprehensive project proposal for India to include:

–       The T.I.N.Y. vocational training and circular economy model

–       Strategic partnership opportunities

–       Deployment plans for India’s rural and urban ecosystems

–       Measurable social, economic, and environmental impact

To follow up, the T.I.N.Y leadership team will visit India to:

–       Meet with government officials, industry leaders, and academic institutions

–       Identify potential locations for pilot training centers

–       Build coalitions to support Atmanirbhar Bharat and a sustainable digital economy

India’s Global Moment: Youth, Sustainability & Skill

India is undergoing a transformation spurred by initiatives such as Digital India, Skill India, Startup India, Make in India. But as Shri Tarun Chugh highlighted during his discussions with Nishant Garg, the future belongs to those who prepare today.

T.I.N.Y./Delta’s model, already successful among New York’s immigrant and refugee youth, aligns with India’s goal of becoming a global hub of skilled, green talent. By integrating repair ecosystems, reverse logistics, and recycling hubs, T.I.N.Y isn’t just skilling individuals; it is creating sustainable livelihoods.

And at the heart of it is a simple yet powerful Indian motto: “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (The World is One Family).

The Impact: One Model, Many Possibilities

With backing from the BJP leadership and in sync with the vision of PM Modi, Nishant Garg’s initiative aspires to:

– Establish certified training hubs across India
            – Provide international certifications in telecom
            – Foster entrepreneurship, especially among women
            – Champion green practices and circular logistics
            – Empower India’s youth for global leadership

Nishant Garg is now working to launch a retail-tech hybrid, powered by Delta Enterprise USA, which he also founded. This hybrid combines repair, recycling, trade-in, and training to function as a dynamic green hub and a skills accelerator under one roof.

A Beginning That Builds Bridges

“This was a very encouraging beginning…with Shri Tarun Chugh Ji’s guidance, we’re confident that T.I.N.Y./Delta can play a meaningful role in creating skilled manpower, nurturing entrepreneurship, and building a green, inclusive future for India, while strengthening the bridge between our two countries,” Nishant Garg, a proud son of India, said.
