AARC, which is a very popular Not For Profit organization, has successfully branded itself as an organization of Common Sense, Common People, and Grass Root Level persons by working hard for more than a decade by effectively messaging directly to Asian American including Indian American communities about many important issues which are of importance to them. AARC is extremely happy that the movement it has started, almost a decade before, for community awareness and community outreach, is now getting a tremendous momentum and making waves in our Asian Americans including Indian American communities. AARC is proud that it has provided a strong platform for many to groom as leaders and to associate with mainstream America to progress well and flourish in public life and community services.
As an initiative of community and public awareness, AARC organized a wonderful informative event at Raoyal Albert’s Palace, Fords, NJ on the provisions of and benefits to Individuals, Corporates, Industries, of BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL ACT, 2025 (BBBA), which was addressed by a panel of well-known Taxation expert Ajay Kumar, CPA, MBA of Sai Accounting services, Aditya Surti, a prominent Immigration Lawyer and Gary (Gatubhai) Mistry, Medicare/ Medicaid expert.
This event, which has generated a tremendous interests in hundreds and hundreds of community people, alongside presence of several distinguished community leaders, businessmen, members and volunteers, was marked by eagerness to know what BBBA is about, what are its important provisions and benefits and how to plan future actvities with regards to Taxation, Immigration, and Medicare/ Medicaid by the first time in entire America, and was a memorable grand success.

The event featured America’s National Anthem sung by Chip Kolbjornsen, inspiring the deep connection our communities feel toward America’s love and patriotism followed by pledge of Allegiance by Rima R. Yakobovich, one of the founding members of AARC.
Hemant Bhatt, AARC’s Founder & Chairman, welcomed the gathering, appreciated the overwhelming community response, set the tone of the discussion by asking some common sense pertinent questions about taxes, immigration and Medicare/ Medicaid and emphasized the importance of involvement of communities in main steam America for our own benefits. “This gathering is not just only for obtaining knowledge about BBBA, but also about what and how to plan future activities.” Mr. Bhatt said and continued, “It’s a reflection of how our communities are committed to contributing meaningfully to the fabric of this great country.” He added “we all live comfortable lives here. We owe a great deal to our great nation America and we need to payback whatever we can by showing our love for America”.
Mr. Bhatt announced that AARC endorsed to and supports Jack Ciattarelli, Republican party’s candidate for NJ Governor who was invited at the event, but understandably could not remain present due to his preoccupation on the campaign trails. He sent a message for the event which we read at the event.

Sanjiv Pandya, one of the founding members of AARC and media personality, beautifully Emceed and moderated this event, introduced the expert panelists and initiated the discussion with them on the important provisions and benefits of BBBA.
Mr. John Vrtaric, Chairman, Woodbridge Township Republican Organization [WTRO] and other Republican Party leaders graced the occasion. Sam Raval, Rani Devraj, Samiksha Sharma and other candiddates who are running for various offices were introduced at the event.
AARC expressed their deep sense of gratitude to Srikanth Garu of TV9 Media group, AXRIA, Sai Accounting Services, and many for their wholehearted support to make this event to happen. AARC also sincerely thanked moderator Sanjiv Pandya, all expert panelits Ajay Kumar, Aditya Surti, Gary [Gatubhai] Mistry. Last but not the least, presence of Roshan Shah, Nimish Patel, Dilip Bhatt, Brajesh Singh, Sarvesh Kumar Darayan, Japan Thakar, Nikunj Trivedi [CoHna] Bharat Rana, Suresh Patel, Vijay Shah, Manubhai Patel, Maya Patel, Rima R. Yakobovich, Madan Pal Singh, Manisha Bhatt, Megh Bhatt, Priti Bhatt, Shifa, Pareeha, Dhanvin, Shrenik Talati, and many others encouraged AARC to organize such events in future.
