Kangana Ranaut has been one of the most revered actresses in the country for the better part of the last 15 years. The actress recently had a fan girl moment of herself when she was looking at an old interview of hers with Simi Garewal. She took to her official instagram account and put a clip of her interview on her story.
In the video she was asked by Simi a very deep question, “Suppose all these go away, what happens then?” Kangana who was making his name in the industry back then and didn’t have any idea regarding the upcoming successful political career, spoke her mind out.
She said, “How can it go away? If you are talking about time, times will change, and things will change. But what is in me and what I’ve lived, how can anybody take that away from me?”
Simi also emphasized that the film industry is not one of the most secure places to be in even for some of the top players in the industry. Kangana however had a pretty straightforward answer which slightly predicted the future decisions that she ended up taking in her life.
Kangana said, “I myself don’t want to be in Bollywood all my life. That would be ridiculous. For me, if I get stuck in time, the worst thing that can happen to me in life is I get stuck in time. I want to grow as a person, as an individual. Today, I’m acting in movies, tomorrow I would want to do something else.”
Kangana has been in the film business for around 19 years now making his debut in 2006 with Gangster. She has since earned a good name in the industry being part of some of the industries hit ventures like Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, Tanu Weds Manu, Krrish 3, Queen, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. But Kangana has not just stuck to acting and has ventured into politics as well. She has been serving as a Lok Sabha MP from Mandi since June 2024.
