With an estimated net worth of approximately Rs. 13,575 crore (around $1.6 billion), Kishin has made significant waves in the real estate sector, building on a legacy while carving out his own niche in the competitive business landscape.

He is the son of Raj Kumar, a prominent figure in Singapore’s real estate industry. The family has long been involved in property development, but Kishin has taken the reins with a fresh perspective. He is the founder and CEO of RB Capital, a company that specializes in real estate development and investment.

Kishin’s journey into the world of business began at an early age. He was introduced to real estate when he purchased his first apartment at just 12 years old, a move that sparked his lifelong passion for property investment. After completing his education at the prestigious Anglo-Chinese School and obtaining a business degree, Kishin joined the family business in 2003. His vision and determination led him to launch RB Capital shortly thereafter, marking the beginning of an impressive career.

Kishin’s approach is characterized by a keen understanding of market trends and consumer preferences. He emphasizes sustainability and innovation in his projects, ensuring that they meet the needs of contemporary urban living while also being environmentally responsible.

Beyond real estate, Kishin RK has ventured into the food technology sector with TiffinLabs, co-founded in 2019. This innovative company focuses on creating cloud kitchens that offer diverse culinary experiences across various countries. TiffinLabs aims to redefine dining by leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

Kishin’s Indian roots play a significant role in shaping his identity and business philosophy. His family hails from India, and he often speaks about the influence of Indian culture on his values and work ethic. This connection is not just personal; it extends to his business strategies as well.
