Ritesh Shah Charitable Pharmacy (RSCP) had the honor of hosting Senator Cory Booker on Sunday, August 11th. The visit provided Senator Booker with the opportunity to witness firsthand the crucial work being done by RSCP to support underserved and uninsured patients in our community. During his visit, Senator Booker expressed his admiration for RSCP’s mission and impact. He remarked, “I was so moved, if not blown away, by Ritesh Shah Charitable Pharmacy. They do extraordinary things: literally millions of dollars of pharmaceutical expertise and prescription drugs free to the community. In many ways, they are showing what love is about. It is service. It is sacrifice. I want to thank them for being truly a light in our state.”

Senator Booker further emphasized the significance of the visit, stating, “This is truly the most inspiring stop I’ve had in all of my 21-county tours.”

The visit underscores the critical role that Ritesh Shah Charitable Pharmacy plays in addressing health inequities and providing vital resources to those in need. RSCP remains dedicated to its mission of enhancing access to medications, immunizations, health education, and pharmacy services.
