Rohan Narang Fashions showcased its Spring Summer collection at Earth Day 2026 in Times Square, unveiling a runway story inspired by the gentler language of nature. The presentation blended soft romance with modern silhouettes and nature-led motifs, and included a partial sustainable capsule shaped by mindful material choices and responsible design intentions.
Earth Day 2026 in Times Square brought together voices across sustainability, cinema, fashion, medicine, and mental health in a public gathering focused on awareness, reflection, and collective action. The Earth Day Times Square program, produced for over 24 years by Rev. Paul Sladkus, founder of the nonprofit Good News Corporation and long-time Earth Day advocate, was presented alongside partners including EarthDay.org, Ommm Presents, and the Office of the New York City Comptroller.
The free clean energy event featured more than 50 performers and speakers across the stage and exhibition area, alongside virtual appearances from UN Peace Messengers including Stevie Wonder, Oprah Winfrey, Leonardo DiCaprio, and UNICEF’s Shakira. The 2026 edition was presented as a tribute to the Jane Goodall Foundation, reinforcing a spirit of stewardship and the responsibility behind what we create and consume.

Within that larger platform, Rohan Narang offered an Earth Day interpretation that felt intentionally light and fresh. Rather than leaning into heavy symbolism, the collection celebrated the early, delicate bloom of the natural world: new buds, petals, feathers, daisies, green leaves, and airy pastel tones. In the center of Times Square, a place defined by scale and spectacle, the runway delivered something quieter and more enduring: presence, care, and refinement.
The collection moved with ease. Soft silhouettes, romantic detailing, and nature references carried a modern forest-fairy sensibility while staying grounded in wearability. A palette of gentle lavenders, blush tones, pale greens, and sun-warmed metallic hints paired with flowing textures and clean structure to evoke a New York summer with a poetic edge.
Produced as part of the Earth Day Times Square special segment, the fashion show was supported by associate producers Iveth Carolina and Gail Reynolds, with producer Neha Lohia. The showcase was modelled by Elena Sapov, Ishika Muchhal, Lilly Stix, Artie, and Christine Mendes, each bringing distinct energy to the runway and translating the collection’s softness into a confident public moment.

The Times Square program also positioned fashion within a wider conversation on sustainability and wellbeing. Participants included Yale University’s Dr. Christopher Pittenger, psychiatrist Dr. Anna Yusim, resilience expert Dr. Eva Selhub, Peter Sullivan, and other global contributors across disciplines, underscoring that climate action is environmental, cultural, and deeply human.
For Narang, that intersection is precisely where fashion belongs. His Earth Day runway served as a reminder that progress is not only built through grand declarations, but through quieter choices: how garments are designed, produced, repeated, and valued. At Earth Day 2026, the message landed with clarity: sometimes the strongest statement is softness, crafted with intention, and placed into the world with responsibility.
