Kartik Aaryan and Hollywood star Johnny Depp’s selfie at the Red Sea Film Festival 2025 has set social media abuzz. The photo, shared by Kartik, captures the Bollywood actor’s playful grin alongside Depp’s iconic look complete with sunglasses, a beanie, and cigar. The duo met at the prestigious festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which started on December 4 and runs through December 13.
Kartik captioned the candid snapshot “Pirates of the Red Sea JackSparrow x RoohBaba, @johnnydepp,” referencing Depp’s legendary “Pirates of the Caribbean” character Jack Sparrow and Kartik’s quirky role Rooh Baba from the Bhool Bhulaiyaa series. The post quickly drew praise from Bollywood personalities like Remo D’Souza, Sophie Choudry, and Kunal Bakshi, who expressed admiration through emojis and comments.
