A huge controversy has broken out as a clip has gone viral from the sets of The Great Indian Kapil Show. Two of the biggest stars and the regulars of the show Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek can be seen in the video having a heated argument with each other over a practice session.
In the viral video, Kiku is seen asking Krushna, “Timepass kar raha hu (Am I wasting my time?)”
Krushna, trying not to escalate the situation, tried to leave and said, “Toh phir thik hai, aap karlo. Main jata hu yaha se. (Okay you do it. I’ll leave the place.)”
Kiku clarified, “Baat yeh hai ke mujhe bulaya hai toh main apna khatam kar lon pehle (The thing is I was called in, so let me finish mine first).”
Krushna, who seemed annoyed by the whole situation, said, “I love you and respect you, I don’t want to raise my voice.”
Kiku again tried to clarify and said, “Raise voice ka baat nahi hai, aap isko galat tarike se leke jaa rahe hai. (This is not about raising my voice, you’re taking this the wrong way.)”
Fans were taken aback seeing their favourite stars, who they think of as close friends, losing their cool over a practice session. Social media was buzzing seeing this clip but didn’t seem to take it so seriously. While some users were intrigued by the video and what had happened, many dismissed it as nothing major
A user wrote, “Timepass hai nothing else.”
The video which went viral this Friday, on August 22nd, shows the two comic stars involved in a verbal spat but the reason behind their spat has not been revealed. Kiku was even approached to comment on the viral video but has refused to give out any statement regarding it.
