After a quarter of a decade, one of the most popular TV shows is back on your TV screens with its new season. The much awaited ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi Season 2’ is finally here with a reboot series starting from July 29, 2025. Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay made their return to the series in their iconic roles as Tulsi Virani and Mihir Virani respectively.
Yesterday, on 29th July, after the first episode of its new season aired, the fans of the show took to their X accounts applauding and praising their favourite show’s return to their screens. One of the users emphasized how no one would have expected that the show would return after 25 years and still have the same magic it had back then.
A user wrote, “Who would’ve thought? After 25 YEARS, we’re watching Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu This all over again! Some things don’t age… they become LEGENDS”

Smriti Irani who was making her return after a long stint of political career was welcomed back by her fans with open arms. Her fans commended her acting skills highlighting a very famous quote ‘once an actor, always an actor’.
