In a vibrant display of color and joy, Dubai’s Indian community gathered at the Shrinathji Temple in Bur Dubai to celebrate the festival of Holi. This iconic temple, nestled in the historic Al Fahidi district, has long been a spiritual hub for Hindus in the city, offering a serene escape from the bustling metropolis.
The celebration was marked by the traditional throwing of colored powders, known as “gulaal,” amidst lively music and dance. Shrinathji Temple, also known as Shree Krishna Haveli, is managed by the Mercantile Hindu Community of Thatta (Sind) and has been serving the Indian community in the UAE since 1902.
