Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, 2024 set to host Icons of Indian Cinema

Aparshakti Khurana will soon appear in a thriller called ‘Berlin’. The film is scheduled to debut at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2024. Directed by Atul Sabharwal, it also features Ishwak Singh, Rahul Bose, and Kabir Bedi, among others.

The actor shared a few posters of the movie and wrote, “The thrilling journey of #Berlin continues! The film is set for its Australian premiere at the 15th edition of the prestigious @iffmelbourne #IndianFilmFestivalOfMelbourne #IFFM2024.”

The Habitat Film Festival in May 2024 screened the film ‘Berlin’, which stars Ishwak Singh and Aparshakti Khurana, even though it has not yet been released in theaters. ‘Berlin’ follows the story of a deaf-mute young man who is mistakenly accused of being a spy and arrested by the authorities. The film promises an intriguing plot that will take viewers on a rollercoaster ride filled with misunderstandings and curiosity.

A few days ago, Tollywood superstar Ram Charan was designated as the Ambassador for Indian Art and Culture in recognition of his significant contributions to Indian cinema. He will also serve as the Guest of Honor at the upcoming 15th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM). This ten-day festival is set to commence on August 15 and will feature a showcase of his renowned films.

As per the latest reports, “Little Thomas,” a heartwarming family dramedy directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Kaushal Oza, is set to make its global debut at the International Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) in 2024. The film stars acclaimed actors Gulshan Devaiah and Rasika Duggal in lead roles. Produced by renowned director Anurag Kashyap, “Little Thomas” promises to captivate audiences with its feel-good storyline and charming characters.

Also, the event will witness a magical performance by the Music composer Ram Sampath and his wife, playback singer Sona Mohapatra. They are scheduled to perform live at the forthcoming India Film Festival Melbourne (IFFM) 2024.
