The Los Angeles Chapter of the Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO-LA) hosted a blood donation camp in partnership with the Red Cross at the Buena Park Gurudwara.
The drive received a tremendous response from the community.
Due to the overwhelming turnout, the Red Cross extended its hours to accommodate the substantial number of registered donors.
Rajinder Dhunna, a trustee, and Baljinder Tahim, Vice President of GOPIO-LA, were pivotal in spearheading this impactful event, as highlighted in a press release. Their efforts significantly contributed to the success of the camp.
