Om Parkash, a recently retired doctor and a dedicated member of the PPP for 35 years, said “She is a serious candidate and will contest the upcoming elections due for February 8 on a general as well reserved seat.”

Saveera has expressed her commitment for the welfare of the community, in particular her desire to work for the cause of women, advocating for their rights and a safe environment.

Parkash, highlighted that her commitment to “serving humanity is in my blood”. Her dream of becoming an elected legislator is born out of her firsthand experience with poor management and helplessness in government hospitals during her medical career.

She has emphasized the neglect and suppression of women in the development sector and aims to work for the areas underprivileged.

In a first, a Hindu woman in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Buner district has filed her nomination papers for a general seat in the upcoming polls in Pakistan.

Saveera Parkash has officially submitted her nomination papers for the general seat of PK-25 in the Buner district.
