It’s confirmed! Star couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held at Six Senses Fort Bawara, Rajasthan on Thursday.
As per close sources, the couple has taken the ‘seven pheras’ on Thursday afternoon in the presence of their families and friends. The pre-wedding festivities kick-started on December 7 with mehendi, followed by big fat Punjabi Sangeet Night on December 8. Kabir Khan, Angad Bedi, Mini Mathur, Neha Dhupia, Gurdas Maan, Sharvari Wagh, and Vijay Krishna Acharya among many others from the film industry were a part of Vicky and Katrina’s wedding festivities.
The recent rumours say that the couple has agreed to sell exclusive pictures of their dreamy wedding to the Hindi edition of an international magazine and that too for a whopping amount!
Earlier a report made headlines all over media portals that the couple has sold their wedding telecast rights to an OTT platform for reportedly a whopping amount of Rs 80 crore. This means fans will be able to see the whole wedding visuals like a show on the OTT platform.

Clad in royalty inspired wedding attires, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal were all smiles as they made their first appearance post their nuptial rites, as per sources. Several pictures have also gone viral on the internet by the fan pages in which the couple could be seen beaming in gorgeous attires they wore for their intimate wedding ceremony.
According to close sources, Katrina’s look was inspired by Rani Padmavati. She wore a red Sabyasachi lehenga whose border was adorned with broad golden gota. She chose for a royal Rajputana style jewellery inclusive of an elegant Rani Haar, mattha patti, huge nath, heavy earrings and Punjabi style kalira. She also tied her hair in a bun adorned by traditional floral gajra.
Speaking of the groom, Vicky complemented his bride by wearing a gold Achkan, a sherwani, Jodhpuri Juttis, a traditional turban adorned with heavy kalgi, and a pearl-green necklace.
Wishes for the newlyweds Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif started pouring in on Thursday as soon as the star couple made their marriage official on social media.
Alia Bhatt shared her wishes by sharing a photo of the duo on her Instagram stories and along with it wrote, “Congratulations you two beautiful souls.” She also added, “Happy Tears!” below the picture.
Posting a picture of the bride and groom, Kriti Sanon wrote, “Congratulations @Katrina and @vickykaushal09!! You guys look beautiful. Wish you both a lifetime of happiness and love!”
Varun Dhawan congratulated them by writing, “Congratulations Kat and Vik sending you guys all the love and positivity as you embark on this new journey.”
Bollywood’s Kapoor sisters Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor also wished Vicky and Katrina. While Kareena wrote, “The power of love. Congratulations you two.”
