IALI has elected Shashi Malik as its President for a second term in 2021 by a whopping majority. This year the election was only for the post of the President. Rest all positions were elected unopposed. The counting of the ballots was done on Sunday, November 22, 2020. Shashi Malik got 554 votes and Bala Nagraj the opposing candidate got 227 votes.
In a message Shashi Malik said “Thank you, everyone, for your support, 71% winning is all because of your support and love, I thank each and every one from the bottom of my heart.”

Vice President: Jasbir Jay Singh; Secretary: Kuljeet Karishma Ahluwalia; Treasurer: Neelama Srivastava Bedi; Members at Large: Neeru Bhambri, Deepa Goyal, Ramesh Gupta, Renu Kapoor, Harsha Padmanabham, Gary Sikka, Pradeep Tandon and Ravi Kanta Verma.
