Sai Mandir USA, the first Saibaba temple established by Dr. Dattatreyudu Nori in America, commemorated its 25th Anniversary – Silver Jubilee with a grand celebration on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Hicksville Middle School, drawing over 750 devotees from across the Tri-State area.
The spiritually uplifting and culturally vibrant evening began with refreshments and concluded with Mahaprasadam. The event featured:
“Kala Ratna” Sri Parupalli Sriranganath, Senior Musician from TTD
Renowned singer Sunitha, as Guest of Honor
Binaya S. Pradhan, Consul General of India, New York, as Chief Guest
The program included captivating performances by acclaimed local gurus, a graceful youth performance by Maheswari, a fabulous Baba’s life story telling drama by Ashok Chintakunta, and a soulful classical segment by Sadhana Paranji.
Several dignitaries and community leaders attended the event and offered heartfelt praise and accolades to Dr. Dattatreyudu Nori for his visionary leadership and 25 years of dedicated service to the community.
The event’s success was made possible by the tireless efforts of the Event chair, Kiran Parvathala and NY’s core team and dedicated volunteers, whose meticulous planning and selfless service brought this milestone celebration to life.
With free entry, free parking, and Mahaprasadam, the event fostered a welcoming and joyous atmosphere for all devotees.
