Optima Global Solutions is marking its 25th anniversary with its fourth appearance on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, and a new chapter focused on helping organizations navigate the rapidly changing worlds of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
The Hamilton, N.J. based IT consulting and solutions provider is ranked No. 4,525 nationally on the 2026 Inc. 5000, placing it among 147 New Jersey companies recognized on this year’s list and one of just nine honorees from the Princeton/Hamilton area. The recognition also marks Optima’s second consecutive appearance on the list and fourth appearance overall.
The Inc. 5000 ranks the nation’s fastest-growing privately held companies based on percentage revenue growth from 2022 through 2025.
“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, Editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact.”
For Optima, that evolution has been central to the company’s 25-year history. Founded in 2001 as a boutique IT staffing firm, Optima has been built around helping organizations solve complex technology challenges. Today, in addition to offering IT staffing and custom solutions development, it is applying that experience to two areas increasingly central to the challenges companies face: cybersecurity and AI.
“Reaching 25 years is an achievement we’re proud of, but we’re not looking backward,” said Mahesh Yadav, President and CEO of Optima Global Solutions. “The technology landscape is changing faster than ever, and our clients need more than another technology vendor. They need a partner who understands their business, can develop the strategy and has the expertise to actually execute it.”
Expanding into Cybersecurity and AI
The emphasis on strategy and execution is reflected in Optima’s expanding cybersecurity practice. The company works with organizations on cyber risk and governance, Zero Trust strategy and implementation, AI security, incident readiness and organizational resilience, with a focus on making cybersecurity a measurable part of business operations.
Optima’s AI service offering will round out its new offerings. As organizations move beyond experimentation and begin incorporating AI into everyday operations, the company is helping clients identify where the technology can deliver meaningful business value—and put those ideas into practice.
Optima’s AI transformation services include strategic advisory, intelligent automation and AI solutions designed to help organizations move from exploration to implementation while addressing the operational, security and governance challenges that accompany adoption.
Together, the two areas represent the next stage of Optima’s evolution: helping organizations take advantage of emerging technology while preparing for the risks and challenges that come with it.
“Technology has never stood still, and neither have we,” Yadav said. “Our first 25 years were about building trust, solving problems and delivering results for our clients. The next 25 will be about helping those same organizations, and new ones, take advantage of what is possible while protecting themselves from what is coming.”
Optima’s fourth Inc. 5000 recognition provides a fitting marker for that transition. After 25 years of growth and evolution, the company is entering its next chapter with a broader mission: helping organizations navigate the opportunities and risks created by the technologies shaping the future of business.
