South Africa women’s cricket team captain Laura Wolvaardt smashed a stunning unbeaten 115 to lead her side to a crushing 9-wicket win over India in the third T20I, clinching the five-match series 3-0 with two games left.

India women posted 192/4 in 20 overs after batting first. Late hitting helped them reach a fighting total, but it proved too small against South Africa’s chase. Wolvaardt, opening the innings, raced to her half-century off just 23 balls and her third T20I ton off 47 balls – her fastest ever.

She shared a massive 150-run opening stand with Sune Luus, who scored a steady 50. Later reports note Luus made 64 off 42 balls in a 183-run partnership that tore apart India’s bowlers. South Africa reached 193/1 in just 16.3 overs, finishing with 21 balls to spare – their highest successful T20I chase.

Wolvaardt’s knock was majestic, stunning India completely. This dominant display in Paarl puts series pressure on India ahead of the final two matches.
