Women Inspiring Network (WIN) has introduced WIN Connect, an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to help global women leaders find relevant people, opportunities and partnerships across its international network.
The platform was unveiled during the WIN Lounge gathering held in New York as part of Climate Week NYC 2026 and alongside the 81st United Nations General Assembly. Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar, Head of Development at Hukum Raj Legacy and Chairperson of Ubertas World, and Dilip Chauhan, Deputy Chief Business Diversity at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises, jointly launched the platform.
Chauhan highlighted the importance of relationships, knowledge and networks in helping businesses gain access to investors, customers, government agencies and mentors. He also pointed to New York City’s substantial annual procurement activity worth around $43 billion and the importance of connecting women-owned and minority-owned businesses with capital and commercial opportunities.
The WIN Lounge programme also featured discussions on climate leadership, sustainable finance, artificial intelligence, health and wealth, leadership and gender-inclusive finance.
The day also featured fireside conversations with actor and UNDP youth advocate Sanjana Sanghi and Jennifer Koster, Co-Founder and CEO, WerkWell.
According to WIN, the technology is designed to make its network of around 10,000 members across 50 countries more accessible. Rather than replacing personal relationships, the platform aims to use AI to help users identify and build those connections more efficiently.
WIN founder and curator Stuti Jalan described the platform as the next phase in the organisation’s development, saying it is intended to convert the strength of its community into meaningful connections and opportunities at scale.
WIN Connect includes four main functions. WIN Compass provides AI-assisted searches across the member network, while WIN Circle allows established leaders to bring their own communities onto the platform. WIN Opportunity is designed to help users move from identifying a business requirement to preparing an introduction to a potentially relevant contact. WIN Impact gives organisations a space to present their initiatives to foundations, family offices and other leaders.
