As the golden hues of sunset gave way to twinkling lights, over 200 music lovers, families, and community members gathered for “Dr. Anu Gupta Live Performances – Mother’s Day Special: A Celebration of Love & Melody,” an evening that transformed ordinary moments into timeless memories.
The event struck the perfect chord between joyous celebration, the night embodied the true spirit of Mother’s Day: honoring the quiet strength, endless sacrifices, and boundless love that define motherhood. Guests arrived with flowers in hand and hearts wide open, ready to be swept away by an unforgettable fusion of live Bollywood magic, soulful vocals, and delectable dining.
The atmosphere was electric yet intimate. Soft floral arrangements and warm lighting created a stage that felt both grand and personal. As families settled in, the Hitesh Master Orchestra—powered by Saregama magic—set the tone with vibrant instrumentals that had toes tapping even before the first formal performance. The evening unfolded like a lovingly curated musical journey through the many shades of love: romantic, filial, spiritual, and eternal.

Rajesh Chalam, the soulful singer whose voice carries the depth of classic melodies, opened the show with mesmerizing solo renditions. He began with the timeless “Janam Dekh Lo” and “Jadu Teri Nazar,” instantly drawing the audience into a spell of nostalgia. His smooth transition into “Ek Ajnabee Haseena” and “Hum Bewafa Hageez” had the crowd swaying, setting a romantic yet playful foundation. Then came the seamless handoff: Chand Sifarish flowed beautifully into “Usko Nahi Dekha,” perfectly introducing the evening’s star, Dr. Anu Gupta.
