Cultivate Talents Unlimited creates “Next-Level” Spiritual Experience with Bhajan Clubbing Night 2.0 in New Jersey

On May 2, 2026, the Indian Cultural Center (ICC) of South Jersey became the epicenter of a spiritual and technological fusion as Cultivate Talents Unlimited LLC (Cultivate Talents) hosted its dazzling Bhajan Clubbing Night 2.0. Organized by Cultivate Talents Co-Founders and Bhajan Clubbing Night curators in America, Jyotsna and Tarun Sharma, the event successfully merged traditional devotion with modern concert production, drawing hundreds of attendees from across the Tri-State area.

The evening represented a significant evolution of the “Bhajan Clubbing” concept. Under the creative direction of concept curator Tarun Sharma, the event integrated cutting-edge AI/ML technology to create immersive digital imagery. Tarun teamed with fellow AI expert in the team to deliver a visual production for the massive LED screens that synced seamlessly with the live vocalists & band. Life-sized divine images pulsed in perfect rhythm with the performances, creating a high-energy “divine jam” atmosphere that kept the audience singing & dancing for over three hours.

Attendees in the age group 10 Yrs. Old to 85 Yrs. Old, enjoyed, danced and sang bhajans in call & response mode. The unique feature of keeping dance floor open throughout the event differentiates Cultivate Talents’ Bhajan Clubbing Night from others. Attendees were seen dancing for over 3 hours on the dance floor as they immersed themselves in the divine spiritual musical vibes.

Distinguished Guests and Community Support

The event was a gathering of prominent community figures and dignitaries, including:

  • Piyush Patel (Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Founder of Unity4Cause)
  • Pandit Praveen Shastri (Trustee Sanatan Mandir, Parsippany)
  • Anu Kumari (Philanthropist, Grand Sponsor, and Owner of Suhag Jewelers)
  • Tejal Shah (President of VHPA & Chairwoman of HMEC)
  • Dr. Vijay Jolly (Indian politician, President of NGO Delhi Study Group, World record holder for having collected holy water from Oceans & Rivers of 156 Nations of the World including United States of America, and thereafter performed Jalabhisek of Ayodhya Ram Mandir on 23rd April 2023. 
  • Neeraj & Pramod Bhagat (Founder Trustees, World Peace & Health Foundation)
  • Dr. Ravi Murarka (Trustee, Bharatiya Temple, PA and President Philadelphia Rajasthan Mandal)
  • Jayesh Parikh and Amrita Desai (Chairman & President of ICC, Marlton)

Additional representatives from multiple organizations also joined to witness this cultural milestone.

A Musical Journey in Two Parts

The program opened with a traditional Ganesh Vandana by Team Cultivate Talents, followed by a 45-minute performance by the All American 7-member team of Kevin & Krishna Das Sharma. Their soulful recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa and various chants utilized classical instruments including the Mridangam and Harmonium.

The second half shifted into high gear with a 15-member Cultivate Talents’ ensemble. Over two and a half hours, the team performed a non-stop “Bhajan Jam” on live band featuring a mix of global instruments such as the Djembe, Tabla, Dholak,Keyboard Guitar, and Drums. The performance was divided into five thematic segments led by specialized vocalists:

  • Shri Ram & Lord Hanuman: Led by Nidhi Mishra.
  • Devi Maa: Led by Music Director Payel Das
  • Lord Shiva: Led by Anchal Sinha Srivastav
  • Shree Radha Krishna: Led by Aparna Oak
  • Collective Bhajan Jamming: Led by Payel Das.

Highlight was the Shiv Tandav Strotam: A high-energy recitation by Cultivate Talents’ youngest vocalist, 16-year-old Ishaan Manurker moved the audience and many got emotional and appreciated the efforts of the organizers to induct young talent in such events. An elated guest attendee, a community leader Rajiv Tiwari announced that he would take care of Ishaan’s internship in college and his fee for 1st semester.

The evening also witnessed the official launch of the music album “Shiv ki Mahima,” composed and performed by popular singer and lead team member Rajan Sharma.

The Team Behind the Vision

The vocal powerhouse included Music Director & Lead Payel Das and Nidhi Mishra, Aparna Oak, Anchal Sinha Srivastava as Lead vocalists along with Rajan Sharma, Ishaan Manurker, Ankur Vyas, Vibhu Srivastava and Vibha Alaigh.

The seamless sound was anchored by seasoned musicians Monty Lalani (Tabla), Hemant Sharma (Dholak), Anil Sachdeva (Drums/Djembe), Surya Mukerjee (Keyboard), and Sanket Bakshi (Bass Guitar).

The night concluded with a collective “Aarti Kunj Bihari Ki,” leaving the audience immersed in what Cultivate Talents Unlimited LLC claims is the most advanced spiritual concert experience organized in America to date.
