Actor Akshay Kumar has teased his next big‑screen venture, tentatively titled Welcome to the Jungle, with a fresh, stylish first look that has already gone viral on social media. The star shared the first poster of the film on his Instagram handle on Monday, showing him standing in the middle of a dense jungle, with a look that is rugged, edgy, and slightly mysterious. The post was simply captioned “Next… #WelcomeToTheJungle”, which instantly set social media buzzing.
Welcome to the Jungle is the third film in the popular Welcome comedy franchise and will hit theatres worldwide on 26 June 2026. The film is directed by Ahmed Khan and produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment in association with Cape Of Good Films and Seeta Films. It is described as a mass‑entertainment comedy built around a huge ensemble cast, aiming to revive the chaos and humour that fans loved in the earlier chapters.
The cast includes Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty in key roles, along with names such as Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever, Aftab Shivdasani, Lara Dutta, Shreyas Talpade, and Tusshar Kapoor. The project is being promoted as a full‑length, big‑hall, family‑oriented comedy, timed for the summer cinema season.
Earlier this year, the makers had already announced the 26 June 2026 release date through a short promotional video featuring Akshay Kumar and the giant cast, further building anticipation among fans. Now, with the first poster in the public domain, the team has begun the official rollout for the film ahead of its theatrical run.
