The SKN Foundation will host its 2026 Charity Golf Event on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the prestigious Forsgate Country Club. The event aims to raise funds for the Special Needs Community Outreach Program for Empowerment (SCOPE), SKN’s flagship initiative supporting South Asian families of children with special needs through culturally responsive education, outreach, and services.
The day will begin with a 1:OO PM shotgun start, followed by an adult putting contest for participating golfers. The evening will feature a dinner reception beginning at 6:30 PM, featuring a live musical performance from singer Hardik Tailor.
A special highlight of the evening will be performances by four talented special needs children from the SCOPE program, who will showcase their abilities in singing, keyboard playing, and dance-demonstrating the impact and importance of inclusive community support.

Distinguished guests in attendance will include Senator Vin Gopal, Mayor Neena Singh, and Deputy Commissioner of Education Dr. Joseph Howe. Each will be honored for their ongoing commitment and advocacy for individuals with disabilities.
The event will feature multiple raffles and contest prizes, including the chance to win a free car, adding excitement and engagement for attendees.
“This event is about more than just golf-it’s about coming together to make a lasting impact for families of children with disabilities.” said Naveen Mehrotra, Founder and Executive Director of the SKN Foundation. “We are deeply grateful to our golfers, guests, and especially our generous sponsors, whose support fuels programs like SCOPE and helps us expand our reach.”
