Ranveer Singh is back as undercover agent Hamza Ali Mazhari in Dhurandhar: The Revenge, the sequel to last year’s blockbuster spy‑action film Dhurandhar. The first teaser and poster of the film were released on Monday, confirming a March 19, 2026 theatrical release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

The teaser shows Singh in a darker, more ruthless avatar as Hamza unleashes chaos on the streets of Lyari, a neighbourhood in Karachi. With minimal dialogue and heavy visuals, the clip focuses on his intense screen presence and a more violent, uncompromising version of the character. The poster, dominated by deep red tones, shows him standing in the rain with a steely gaze, the words “THE REVENGE” carved into a blood‑red wall behind him.

Directed and written by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues the story of an Indian intelligence officer embedded in Pakistan’s underworld. The first film, released only in Hindi, became one of the highest‑grossing Indian movies ever, crossing ₹1,000 crore in India alone and entering an elite box‑office club alongside Baahubali 2, KGF: Chapter 2 and Pushpa 2. The sequel is being positioned as a pan‑India release, with plans to expand the franchise’s reach further across the country.
