Apple opened its first retail store in Noida, marking its fifth store in India. Located in the DLF Mall of India, the Apple Noida store opened to the public on December 11 at 1 p.m. IST. This launch reinforces Apple’s growing retail footprint across the country, following its recent openings in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Pune.
The store will offer the complete range of Apple products, including the latest iPhone models, Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Series 11, the new iPad Pro, and the 14-inch MacBook Pro powered by the M5 chip. More than 80 trained team members will provide customers with personalized support, setup assistance, and access to services like Apple Trade In and financing options. Business customers will also benefit from dedicated support teams catering to companies of various sizes.
In addition to device sales and support, the store will feature “Today at Apple” sessions—free daily workshops designed to engage the community in photography, art, music, and coding. Sessions include classes like “Work Smarter on Mac,” “Take Better Photos on iPhone,” and coding lessons tailored for children. Bookings for these sessions can be made online.
Apple Noida is committed to sustainability, operating entirely on renewable energy and maintaining carbon neutrality. The store design includes interactive product displays and areas showcasing Apple services such as Apple Music and Apple TV. Customers can also collect online orders through Apple Pickup and place orders from other Apple stores nationwide.
Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People, emphasized the store’s role in fostering community and creativity. With its latest expansion, Apple aims to deepen its connection with customers in the National Capital Region and contribute to India’s vibrant tech retail market.
