The highly awaited movie starring Bollywood stars Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, ‘Param Sundari’ released on the big screens this Friday, on August 29th. Just a day before the release of their movie, the actors were spotted at Lalbaugcha Raja. The actors were seen walking barefooted to seek blessings from Lord Ganesha before its release.
The video shared on Instagram by SnehZala, of the Bollywood stars visiting the pandal went viral but everyone’s attention online went to Janhvi who seemed pretty uncomfortable in the thick crowd. Her expressions clearly showcased how uneasy and uncomfortable she was, even looking scared by the heavy crowd. On the other hand, Sidharth Malhotra looked very calm and unfazed by the erupting crowd around them and was around Janhvi during their visit.
People on the internet sympathised with the situation Janhvi was in and stated that any normal woman would’ve felt fearful and uncomfortable in the situation she was in. Many even related to her stating that they would’ve felt the same if they were dropped in a similar situation.
One person wrote, “Any normal woman knows how uncomfortable and fearful these types of situations are. Especially being short too, when you can’t see anything in front of you and are being pushed to smithereens.”
Another user related to her expression, saying, “This is me in places as well, it’s not a celebrity thing but a woman thing. Sometimes you can’t avoid certain areas or events, whatever, and I have the same uncomfortable expression since I’ve been in places before where people take advantage of the crowd and grope you.”
Some male users also expressed discomfort watching her situation. A comment read, “As a man, I feel uncomfortable seeing her. It’s like you can tell she is not acting; she is genuinely concerned. And if you are her bodyguard or friend or something, you will feel uncomfortable as well.”
