Indian historical action epic Kannappa will have its grand U.S. premiere on Thursday, June 26, with special Telugu-language shows scheduled across over 100+ AMC and Cinemark cinemas nationwide.
Distributed in North America by Vasaraa Entertainment, the film’s large-scale rollout spans major metros and diaspora hubs — from New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Dallas to Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando, and Seattle — making it one of the most extensive theatrical launches in the region this summer.
Starring Vishnu Manchu in the title role, the film also features powerhouse talent including Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal, and Kajal Aggarwal in never-before-seen avatars. Kannappa blends action, emotion, and spiritual awakening into a visually immersive story of transformation and devotion.
