PM Modi wishes Rahul Gandhi on his 55th birthday; Says, “May he be blessed”

This Thursday on 19th June, Rahul Gandhi, the leader of opposition in Lok Sabha, celebrated his 55th birthday. Many political leaders wished the Congress leader on his birthday and amongst them was Prime Minister Narendra Modi who wished Mr. Gandhi as well.

The Prime Minister took to his official social media handle and wrote, “Birthday greetings to the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Shri Rahul Gandhi. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life.”

The wishes came pouring for the Congress-man on his birthday as many leaders from the INDIA bloc. The leader of DMK and the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M K Stalin called him his brother-in-ideals. He also stated that even if they are not real brothers they share the same vision and purpose.

DMK leader Stalin said, “Warm birthday wishes to my brother-in-ideals, Rahul Gandhi – bound not by blood, but by thought, vision, and purpose. May you continue to stand firm and lead with courage. In our march towards a brighter India, victory shall be ours.”

Mallikarjun Kharge, the chief of Congress complimented Gandhi and said that he reveres him for his values and compassion for social, political and economic justice. He stated that Mr. Gandhi is the perfect representation of unity in diversity, harmony, and compassion which is also the ideology of Congress.

“What sets you apart is your unequivocal dedication to the Constitution’s values and your deep compassion for social, political and economic justice for the millions whose voices often go unheard,” the Congress chief, Mr. Kharge said.

“Your actions consistently reflect the Congress party’s ideology of unity in diversity, harmony, and compassion. As you continue your mission to bring truth to power and support the last person standing, I wish you a long, healthy, and happy life ahead,” he added.

On the occasion of his birthday, the Indian Youth Congress has decided to organise a job fair. They claim that this job fair is going to bring along over 100 companies which will even have some Multi-National Companies that will offer more than 5,000 jobs.
