It was revealed in a recent interview by Rahul Vaidya that Arijit Singh charges Rs. 14 crore for a two-hour stage performance. He is the highest charged individual artist in India surpassing the likes of AR Rahman and Shreya Ghosal.
Arijit Singh’s total net worth stands at Rs. 414 crore making one of the richest artists in India. He owns a luxurious home in Navi Mumbai worth Rs. 8 crore and has a car collection which values around Rs. 3.4 crore and consists of luxury cars like Range Rover and Mercedes. Arijit also makes a handsome amount of money from brand endorsements and collaborations. He has worked for global leaders like Coca-Cola and Samsung.
As per Insider.in, in Arijit Singh’s concerts the price for the tickets range from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 80,000 totally depending on the city, venue and the category. In some instances, the prices can go even higher depending on the venue as premium lounge tickets in one of his shows in Pune range as high as Rs. 16 lakh.
Despite all this Arijit prefers to stay very low key and lives a very simple life in Jiaganj, Murshidabad, West Bengal. He lives in a modest home with an attached music studio where he records songs. In his hometown he also owns and runs a small restaurant called Heshel. His restaurant reportedly provides very low-cost meals for just Rs. 40.
