Bollywood media has been on high alert as Salman Khan faces a security scare at his residence. Reports suggest that a man and a woman were arrested by the Mumbai police as they were found allegedly trying to enter Salman Khan’s residence this week. It was said that the accused tried to get into the Bollywood star’s residence unlawfully several times but were not successful.
The two suspects were 23-year-old Jitendra Kumar Singh and 32-year-old Isha Chabra. As the police reported, Jitendra, one of the suspects was found loitering around Salman’s House in the morning around 9:45 AM. The policeman who was appointed to guard the superstar’s house suspected him and asked him to leave the premises. The suspect, however shocked by the sudden interrogation, panicked and smashed his phone on the ground and ran away.
The 23-year-old again tried entering the apartment the next day through a resident’s car but was stopped by the police again. This time he had no chance to escape and was caught by them and was later handed to the Bandra police.
The police officer stated, “That evening, Singh entered Galaxy Apartments in a car belonging to a person living in the same building. However, he was stopped by the police again. This time, they handed him over to the Bandra police.”
Isha Chabra, the other suspect, also tried to sneak into the Bollywood star’s apartment at 3:30 AM and even succeeded in reaching the lift of the apartment but was stopped by the police on time. The two were then arrested and caught on the charges of trespassing.
Salman Khan has been granted Y-plus security ever since the threats made on the actor by the Bishnoi Gang. His house was attacked last year as well when two men on a motorcycle opened fire on his house. It was reported that these men allegedly belonged to the Bishnoi gang. He was also at the top of the 10 main targets that Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is after.
