The dating rumours of RJ Mahvash and Yuzvendra Chahal have surfaced quite a lot in recent times. They both had been seen together watching India’s match in the Champions Trophy and ever since then the rumour mill has been buzzing with their stories. Now, Mahvash’s comments on the Indian cricketer have again given the netizens to speculate more about their relationship.
Mahvash was recently seen in an interview with Instant Bollywood where she was asked if given an option which quality she would like to steal from Yuzvendra Chahal. Mahvash replied, “His niceness and how humble he is.” She added, “He is genuinely one of the most caring people you’ll ever come across. He’s always available for the people he loves. I’d definitely steal that part of him.”
The speculative rumours of RJ Mahvash and Chahal have been going on since the star cricketer’s divorce filing with his ex-wife Dhanashree Verma in February 2025. Dhanashree and Chahal had married each other back in December 2020 and instantly became a fan favourite couple. Dhanashree was always a popular internet personality and Chahal whilst being a star cricketer was also famous for his reels and online presence.
Both Chahal and Dhanashree were living separately for 18 months before they were seen filing divorce at the Bandra Family Court with a mutual consent. The couple had asked the court for a waiver for the six-month cooling off period but were denied by the family court. Dhanashree faced a lot of backlash from the public after it was reported that the social media influencer received an alimony of ₹4.75 crore.
After the divorce, the rumours of Chahal dating Mahvash caught fire with the alleged couple being seen together at times. They were also seen enjoying India’s match in the 2025 Champions Trophy. The pair have constantly debunked any such rumours coming their way and have always stayed clearly that they are “just friends”.
