In a bid to solidify its position as a premier global tourism destination, Goa is set to make a significant impact at ITB Berlin 2025. The event, scheduled from March 4 to 6, will see Goa Tourism showcasing its unique blend of cultural heritage, eco-tourism, and regenerative tourism initiatives.

“We aim to build meaningful ties and position Goa as a top global tourism destination at ITB Berlin,” stated Minister for Tourism, Rohan Khaunte. This strategic move aligns with Goa’s efforts to highlight its diverse hinterlands, spiritual tourism, and vibrant cultural festivals, offering visitors a journey beyond its renowned beaches.

At ITB Berlin, Goa will be part of the large Indian contingent, which includes pavilions from several states like Rajasthan, Kerala, and Maharashtra. The India Hall will feature over 100 Indian exhibitors, showcasing the country’s rich tourism offerings.

The ITB Berlin is the world’s largest tourism trade fair, attracting thousands of industry professionals and journalists annually. This platform provides Goa with an ideal opportunity to connect with global travel operators, tour agencies, and potential tourists, thereby enhancing its international appeal.

By focusing on sustainable tourism practices and cultural experiences, Goa aims to attract a more diverse and environmentally conscious audience. This approach not only promotes tourism but also contributes to the preservation of Goa’s natural and cultural heritage.

As ITB Berlin 2025 unfolds, Goa’s participation is expected to yield significant benefits, fostering new partnerships and reinforcing its status as a must-visit destination on the global tourism map. With its unique blend of tradition and innovation, Goa is poised to captivate attendees and leave a lasting impression at the event.
