With a background in medicine and healthcare management, the addition of Sachin promises to enhance the Fellowship’s mission to support outstanding immigrants and children of immigrants as they pursue higher education in the United States.

“Sachin Jain’s commitment to healthcare and his dedication to supporting immigrants align perfectly with our mission at the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships. His lived experience as a Fellow and his expertise will be invaluable as we continue to identify and empower the next generation of exceptional New American leaders,” Ms. Daisy Soros, the president of the Fellowship, explained.

The current Board of Directors includes Allison Binns (2003 Fellow), Eric Chung (2016 Fellow), Peter Georgescu, Paul Holdengräber, Ann Kirschner, Noel Lateef, Daisy M. Soros, Jeffrey Soros, and Peter Soros.
