The US-India Business Council (USIBC) announced its 48th Annual General Meeting and India Ideas Summit, to take place on June 12-13, 2023. This year the Summit at the US Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Washington DC will be conducted in an in-person format.

The focus for this year’s summit will be ‘Trust, Resilience, and Growth’ and how these three organizing principles underpin the US-India economic partnership across sectors.

As the flagship event of the Council, and the premier convention of government, industry, and thought leaders in the US-India Corridor, USIBC’s annual India Ideas Summit has become an institution. Every year, conversations are hosted that explore important technological developments, chart an agenda for the bilateral trade relationship, and highlight how the commercial ties serve shared strategic and economic interests.

The last summit was held in New Delhi in September 2022 which was the largest US-India event of the year and featured an impressive suite of cabinet officials, including Minister of External Affairs Dr. S Jaishankar, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and Minister of Electronics and Information Technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar, to name just a few.

Every year, the US Chamber’s India Ideas Summit brings together a diverse group of leaders from the US and India to discuss and debate about the most consequential developments in the US-India relationship.
