Jewel of India in collaboration with PainInstacare hosted a red -carpet gala evening IFAB AWARDS on March 18, 2023. The event was held at Royal Ambassador Banquet in NJ. This is the 5th annual event awarding local talent in music scene in the US. One of the highlights of the event was recognition of six women with WOW Awards to celebrate International Women’s Day in March.
The program started with interviews of nominated artists on red carpet by Actor Sam Raval. Radio Zindagi and TV Asia were there to cover the event as well.
The musical evening was full of entertainment with singers nominated in various categories (male, female, duo, instruments and original song) rocking the stage. All attendees were impressed with the quality of singers and by designer fashion show (JJ COLLECTIONS) and above all with the dance performance by Satrangi School of fusion headed by Rohit Baxi.
Anchor and organizer Dr Juhi Jagiasi brought great energy to the event with her interaction with the audience. Organizer Dr Raj Gupta surprised the audience with his singing. Sunil Hali from Radio Zindagi expressed his hope that IFAB AWARDS should be taken to next level as it was the only award honoring the local talent in the music industry in US.
Judges Sunita Kapur, Dinesh Prabhakar, Dr Solomon, Brian Wilson all were impressed with the talent.
Last but not the least, IFAB MODEL OF YEAR TELANGANA, ANDHRA PRADESH, USA AND PAKISTAN WERE CROWNED for finale to be held in September. All in all, the gala night ended with awarding the deserving nominated artists.
