Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has sent a congratulatory letter to United Rishabh for the grand success of Vibrant Navaratri held in Edison, New Jersey. This annual event is a landmark and this year it was attended by more than 20,000 people over four days.
The atmosphere at this event was unprecedented as everyone danced to Garba music for six hours. It was absolutely ethereal and certainly helped the community to celebrate the event after pandemic. Supported by Amit Vedawala of Diya Care, Embassy Manor, Pandya Foundation, RK JEWELS and many more, the event was held at NJ EXPO also known as the Raritan Center.
Wonderful music, singing, and food by Bombay Spice and Chowpatty, the event was uniquely promoted by Radio Zindagi, which has taken the Tri-state community by storm. The event was ably supported by TV Asia, Divya Bhaskar & The Indian EYE Newsweekly, the leading media platforms that connect Indian diaspora with local events as well as global news from India.
Top community leaders attended the four-day event. This included Dr Raj Pandya, Dhiren Amin, Chandrakant Patel, Manher Shah and Mahesh Shah among others.
Top public officials attended the celebration to congratulate the community and United Rishabh team. Mayor Tom Lankey presented honors to the contributors. Sam Joshi, the Democratic candidate for Edison Mayor in upcoming election, addressed the community and danced Garba.
Jack Ciaterreli, the Republican candidate for Governor, joined for prayers and celebration with his team.
United Rishabh team lead by Nilesh Dasondi, Lav Patel, Ketul Vyas, Pinal Patel, Darshan Patel, Kunal Joshi with best volunteers have set an example of unity to host such large event with grand success.
Diya Care presented awards for best dance performers and best costume. RK Jewels presented gold necklaces and silver Ganesha, Rewa Kumar gave a LED and Rani Fashions gave dresses to winners.
