Top community leaders offer their support to IBA’s parade on August 8

Bollywood legend Nana Patekar will be the Grand Marshal at the historic event this year

The members and leaders of Indian-American community greeted the Indian Business Association (IBA) in New Jersey with excitement on the kick-off of the India Day Parade for 2021. Every executive committee member of IBA promised to make the parade exemplary, especially as life starts resuming in the post-pandemic period.

The Parade is dedicated to the frontline workers during the pandemics. One of most popular film stars, Nana Patekar who is known for his patriotic fervor, will be the Grand Marshal this year.

Dhiren Amin, the President of IBA, thanked the sponsors for their support and the community. Chairman Chandrakant Patel, Vice Chairman Mahesh Shah & Manher Shah requested all to make the parade the most memorable one.

Title sponsor Dr Raj Pandya committed full support to the mega event. The well-known community leader and Special Assistant to Mayor Tom Lankey confirmed every assistance for the parade. Sunil Hali, Publisher and Promoter, assured the media will provide advertising and promotion in full respects to the national flag and event.

The event was held at TV Asia auditorium and Dr H R Shah provided anchor support with national coverage on TV Asia.

Public leadership represented by Sam Joshi (VP), Kapil Shah and Viru Patel, Councilman has committed from Mayor’s office from most local townships including Edison, Iselin, Metuchen, Piscataway among others. The Parade will be held on August 8 and stars from Edison at 1 pm. Sharad Agarwal presented the vote of thanks. Entertainment and food were provided by Paisley and Chowpatty respectively with Chirag Patel and Rakesh Raj handling it all, thus making it a memorable event.
