Televangelist and political commentator on “The 700 Club” said SC governor Nikki Haley would make a better candidate than Trump in the next presidential elections.

Evangelical leader, media owner, and conservative political commentator Pat Robertson stated that he would pick Indian American Nikki Haley over Donald Trump as the presidential candidate for the Republican Party in 2024.

Last week on his show “The 700 Club,” when Robertson was asked if Trump should run for elections in 2024, Robertson replied:

“I think it is a sideshow. I think it will be a mistake. My money would be on Nikki Haley. I think she will make a tremendous candidate for the Republican Party.”

Robertson said even though Trump has all the talent to raise money and grow, he lives in “an alternate reality.” He also called Trump “very erratic” and said he should accept that Joe Biden won and move on.

Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley is considered to be one of the front-runners for the Republican nomination if Trump decides to not run again. She is also a former UN Ambassador and utilized the opportunity to raise her profile globally when she was in the position.
