The superstar, known for his perfectionism, immersed himself in local life while recording the title track for his production Ek Din, starring son Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi.

Arijit, who stunned fans on January 27 by announcing no new playback singing assignments, welcomes Aamir with a traditional foot-touch. Composer Ram Sampath joins as Aamir playfully quizzes the singer: “Are you taking a break? Or quitting films forever? Hum log ka kya hoga?” (What will happen to us?). Arijit smiles coyly amid the fun.
