Rotary Club of North Shore (RCNS) NY organized a grand Installation ceremony for the new incoming president Rtn. Dr. Bhavani Srinivasan on Saturday 19th July 2025 at the Mint, Roosevelt field, Garden city, NY.
Rotary Club of North Shore (RCNS) NY was incorporated on September 2nd, 2023 under charter pres. Rtn. Dr. Mamta Shaha & Secretary Rtn. Sunil R Makhijani with a bang. Followed by pres. Rtn. Dr. Rakesh sharma during 2024-25 and current pres. Rtn. Dr. Bhavani Srinivasan 2025-26 along with secretary Rtn. Rahul Soni & treasurer Vandana Kumar.
Under the leadership of our new president Rtn. Dr. Bhavani Srinivasan, we welcome the following team of board of directors for the year 2025-26.

The entire team & members of RCNS stand united in welcoming & congratulating president Rtn. Dr. Bhavani Srinivasan for assuming the responsibility as the president of RCNS for the year 2025-26.
The Installation ceremony for our new incoming president was held in grandeur at the mint, Roosevelt field, garden city NY on Saturday 19th July 2025 at 6.30 pm onwards.
Battery of distinguished guests across the spectrum were invited and those who attended the rotary event includes:

3. Town of North Hempstead town clerk, Ms. Ragini Srivastava

Above dignitaries graced the occasion and extended their blessings to our incoming president Rtn. Dr. Bhavani Srinivasan along with following officials of rotary international district 7255

The Office of the Nassau county, New York and Office of North Hempstead town, New York conferred citation to the RCNS members.
Following honorees were present at the installation ceremony held on July 19th 2025.

They all shared their thoughts to the gathering at the Mint.
Guest speaker Rtn. Mr. Vibhuti jha gave a wonderful insight on rotary 3 pillars and 4 way rotary test & its goals.
The installation ceremony commenced with rotary fellowship – cocktail hour, while father & son performed instrumental music on Saxophone & Keyboard, followed by appetizers.
The show opened with announcement by emcee Rtn. Dr. Kamini Shah & Rtn. Rahul Soni inviting Rtn. Dr. Nita Mehta to recite the pledge of allegiance.
Continuing with Ms. Karishma Pahuja who sang national anthem of US, promptly followed by Indian national anthem by Rtn. Vandana Kumar & Rtn. Sunil R Makhijani.
All the distinguished dignitaries, officials, honorees, guest speakers and performers were honored with a shawl at the podium.
Many thanks to our local dance artist Ms. Jyotika Patel of Bollywood musical fame for wonderful dance performing arts and our in-house entertainment trio Rtn. Vandana Kumar, Rtn. Sunil Makhijani & Rtn. Vinod Goyal for Bollywood songs.
Last but not the least, President Rtn. Dr. Bhavani Srinivasan extended special thanks to Rtn. Dr. Nita Mehta for coordinating the event, Rtn. Vinod Goyal & Shashi Goyal for venue selection and arranging mouthwatering food & beverages. To Rtn. Vandana Kumar & Rtn. Dr. Lila Shah for handling registration table. To Rtn. Dr. Abha Bhatnagar for arranging the decorations at the venue. And finally, thanks to Rtn. Rahul Soni & Rtn. Sunil R Makhijani for timely release of annual rotary journal.
