Global Star Ram Charan is set to unveil his wax statue at the iconic Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London on May 9, placing him among a select group of Indian celebrities recognized on this global platform.
The RRR actor was spotted at the Hyderabad airport amid heavy security leaving for London as he is expected to be joined by his wife, Upasana Kamineni, and their daughter, Klin Kaara for the special occasion.
The unveiling will be a special affair for the superstar as Charan’s wax figure will be accompanied by a life-size statue of his beloved pet dog, Rhyme. The announcement of this special statue was made in 2024, along with a viral promotional video showing heartwarming moments between Charan and his furry friend. Apart from Charan, the wax statue of only the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Corgi has been immortalized alongside its owner at Madame Tussauds.
Ram Charan gained global recognition after the stupendous success of his movie ‘RRR’, which also won international acclaim and an Oscar for Best Original Song.
On the work front, Charan will next be seen alongside Janhvi Kapoor in ‘Peddi’, helmed by Buchi Babu Sana. He was last seen in ‘Game Changer’ with Kiara Advani.
