Bollywood is busy celebrating Ganesha Chaturthi with usual energy and enthusiasm like ever year. In the city of Mumbai, it is probably the biggest festival. And the celebrities are busy attending the festivities all over the city.
Veteran actor Rakesh Roshan attended the Ganeshotsav celebrations of GSB Seva Mandal. He spoke about the Ganpati celebration at his home. The actor said, “We also keep Ganpati at home and we all do puja, do aarti and immerse it at home.” He also took to X and shared his experience of being part of the celebration.
Roshan wrote, “I had the privilege to visit the GSB Ganeshotsav Celebrations at Kings Circle, to seek his blessings and soak in the splendour. The Ganesha idol is absolutely majestic and exudes so much of positive energy, that one should attend this Ganeshotsav and get blessed by Bappa.”
Actor Hansika Motwani on Thursday offered prayers and sought the blessings of Lord Ganpati at the Andheri cha Raja. As the celebrations for the 10-day long festival of Ganesh Chaturthi are underway, Hansika visited the famous life-size Ganpati idol to seek bappa’s blessings. Hansika said, “I am very excited, I came here in my childhood and now I am here after years. I think I should come here every year and make it a ritual.”
She wore a red and white kurta set, kept her hair tied in a sleek bun and wrapped a gajra over it.
Actor Sunny Leone and her husband Daniel Weber visited Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal in Mumbai to seek blessing from Lord Ganpati. The couple looked stunning wearing traditional attires. Sunny wore a lovely suit with a dupatta over her head, while Daniel opted for a kurta.
Actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra and her husband Raj Kundra on Wednesday bid farewell to Lord Ganesha. Shilpa along with her sister Shamita Shetty, husband Raj Kundra and other family members were spotted by the paps outside their residence for Ganpati Visarjan. Shilpa was seen dancing their heart out on the dhol beats.
The ‘Dhadkan’ actor was seen donning a pink and yellow traditional saree. She also wore a special yellow blouse which had ‘Sukhee’ written on it. Several pictures and videos of the actor dancing along with her family members went viral on social media.
But the biggest celebration was held as the chairperson of Reliance Foundation, Nita Ambani on Thursday took part in the Ganesh Visarjan procession in Mumbai. Several videos and pictures of Nita Ambani surfaced on social media.
