Sunny Deol’s much-awaited appearance as Lord Hanuman in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana has emerged as one of the biggest talking points following the film’s theatrical release on November 5. The actor’s brief appearance in the post-credit scene has sparked excitement among moviegoers, with several social media users claiming that his entry received louder cheers than Ranbir Kapoor’s Lord Rama and Yash’s Ravana. The scene has also raised expectations for the film’s second instalment.

A Powerful Introduction To Lord Hanuman

The post-credit sequence introduces Hanuman through a dramatic scene in which wild animals are seen running through a jungle, signalling the arrival of a powerful presence. Sunny Deol is then shown flying across the sky as the chant of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ plays in the background. However, the makers have kept the actor’s face hidden, keeping audiences curious about his complete look.

The introduction is accompanied by the Hanuman Chalisa, brought to life by five popular singers, Kailash Kher, Shankar Mahadevan, Diljit Dosanjh, Sukhwinder Singh and Mohit Chauhan. Their collaboration adds a devotional touch to the character’s introduction.
