Fans are going crazy over the new teaser of Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar. It brings back memories of his old hits like Hera Pheri and Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
The one-minute clip starts with a spooky voice saying no one in Mangalpur gets married because of something called Vadhusur. Akshay and Paresh Rawal argue in a funny way with Asrani and Rajpal Yadav. They hunt for a wedding spot and end up in an old haunted haveli that looks just like the one from Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
Quick scenes mix laughs with chills, like eyes watching the family inside. Glimpses of Tabu and Wamiqa Gabbi add more thrill. The cast also includes Jisshu Sengupta, Manoj Joshi, Mithila Palkar, and Asrani.
This marks Akshay’s team-up with director Priyadarshan after 14 years. They made blockbusters like Hera Pheri, Garam Masala, Bhagam Bhag, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa together. Priyadarshan calls it his second Hindi horror-comedy after the 2007 hit.
Produced by Akshay Kumar, Ektaa R Kapoor, and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures and Cape of Good Films, the movie hits theaters on April 10, 2026. Music is by Pritam.
